Return & Refund Policy

At Costcoi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they meet our simple requirements. We strive to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same new condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging (including all tags, labels, and protective materials)
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items or items marked “Final Sale”
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
  • Used, damaged, or opened items (except defective ones — see below)
  • Certain hygiene, personal care, or perishable products (if applicable)

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer support team at service@costcoi.com.
  2. Include your order number, the reason for return, and 2–3 clear photos showing the item and its original packaging.
  3. Once we review and approve your request (usually within 1–2 business days), we’ll email you detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

Important: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number for your records. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@costcoi.com
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you (including return shipping in most cases)

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first.
  • If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier (no delivery confirmation), we will either reship the item or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email notification when the refund is processed.

Refund Timelines by Payment Method:

  • Credit Cards: 1–2 billing cycles (depending on your card issuer)
  • Debit Cards: Up to 5 business days (partial refunds may take up to 10–30 days in some cases)
  • PayPal: Usually credited the same day or within 1–2 business days

Note: Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it (before the order is shipped). Simply email us at service@costcoi.com with your order number.

Out-of-Stock Items

If one or more items in your order are out of stock, we will:

  • Ship the available items and refund the out-of-stock portion, or
  • Contact you to discuss options
